No. Do not put your full SS number on the tag, only the last 4 digits. This is so the hospital can cross-reference your medical records. Who and what should I put in contact information? Put three people that know you well along with all their phone numbers (cell, home, work, etc.) so they can be reached. Why do you have a two-pack? The two-pack is for added safety. Put one on your jacket and one on your pants. It’s very unlikely that during an accident you would loose both tags. Do you ride with all your gear all the time?
